Introducing the 2022 Partner Programme
Our Connectivity Partner Programme (CPP) is the foundation of the partnership between us and you, our Connectivity Partners. The objective of the programme is to grow our businesses together and create more value for our mutual properties. This year we will invest in the ongoing recovery of our industry; we’re confident that an even stronger resurgence of travel demand is on the horizon, and a complete recovery of our industry beyond that.
We’ve designed this year’s programme with the help of your feedback. As a result, the 2022 CPP will have:
Consistency with the 2021 programme
The programme requirements are the foundation of the CPP, and we’ll continue to measure your performance on a quarterly basis. The unique scoring logic gives all types of Connectivity partners equal opportunity to reach the Advanced or Premier tier, regardless of whether they’re more focused on hotels or vacation rentals. You can see a snapshot of changes to the programme metrics below. Those marked with an asterisk (*) have been adjusted. For a comprehensive overview of the 2022 programme, please log in to your account on the Connectivity Hub.

Clear and actionable insights on the Connectivity Hub

We launched the Connectivity Hub last year as home of the Connectivity Partner Programme. While there are limited changes to this year’s programme, you will notice a difference in your logged-in experience. These differences focus on increasing the visibility and actionability of your programme performance. We’ve created a new interface that gives you a clear indication of your programme stats and offers insights that support you in meeting the programme requirements. This new interface will be available on 2 May 2022.
