Use Bulk Connections to onboard multiple properties without taking them offline
Accommodation partners can now use Bulk Connections to quickly connect multiple properties or switch them all to a new Connectivity provider. Whether they’re a multi-property partner or a property management company, all they need is access to the Booking.com group extranet.
This is the latest improvement to the onboarding process for our Connectivity partners. We’ve already introduced Quick Connect to eliminate unnecessary steps in connecting a property to a new provider. We’ve also rolled out Quick Switch, allowing properties to keep their listings online while they change Connectivity providers.
Those new tools mainly cater to individual properties. Now, with Bulk Connections, multi-property partners can also take advantage of our improved Connectivity onboarding solutions.
The benefits of Bulk Connections
Bulk Connections lets multi-property partners and property management companies reap the full benefits of our onboarding solutions. They can connect multiple properties or switch them all to a new Connectivity provider – all at the same time and without closing their listings. Even better, they can do this themselves without needing to spend time contacting us for support.
How do multiple-property partners use Bulk Connections?
To use Bulk Connections, multiple-property partners and property management companies just need to be able to access the Booking.com group extranet. In the ‘Connectivity provider’ section of the ‘Bulk Editing’ tab, partners can quickly and easily request a new connection or switch to a new Connectivity provider.
What do Connectivity partners need to do?
Nothing else has changed about how you onboard your properties. The mapping and read-only calls we introduced with Quick Switch also remain the same. You still need to confirm each new connection via the Partner Portal, but multi-property partners and property management companies no longer need to approve this again afterwards.
