Earn extra points by sharing feedback in our Product & Features Survey
You told us you wanted to share more feedback with us on different topics. That’s why we’ve put together a short survey to find out more about the way you work and your preferences for certain products. If you’d like to share even more of your thoughts, we’ll also be conducting team interviews in Q3 – just sign up via the survey to participate.
What have we done with the survey results from Q2?
From the Q2 survey, we learned that 74% of you would find modularisation of Booking.com APIs appealing. After learning this, we started our first modularisation project for the Content API.
How long will the Q3 survey take to complete?
It should take you no longer than 10 minutes.
What will you gain by completing it?
We want to hear what you think so we can develop our products and services to fit your needs. In addition, when you complete the survey you’ll earn five points in the engagement pillar of the Connectivity Partner Programme.
The survey will cover the following topics:
- Child Pricing: We’d like to ask some questions to better understand how you handle child pricing and what the potential opportunities there are.
- Outages and fallback reservation: We’d like to know how we can improve the way we handle outages and reservations with fallbacks.
- Communication about new releases: We’d like to know what you think of the current communication about new releases and what your preferred channel for notifications would be in the future.
- Availability: We’d like to know if you’d be interested to receive supply advice and information for your properties.
Conditions for receiving extra points
You need to complete the survey to receive points. While multiple people in your organisation can fill in the survey, we only award five points per Connectivity partner.
