Discover how we’re improving our Online Check-in API

Properties can now customise the default guest registration forms to suit their individual needs.

The rules for data collection can differ depending on partners' property type and location. To accommodate these differences standard online guest registration forms can sometimes ask for more information than required by law or, worse, for entirely irrelevant information. This not only slows down the check-in process, impacting the guest's experience but could leave properties vulnerable to legal repercussions if they fail to acquire the mandated data.

We've introduced a new API endpoint that allows properties to select which input fields to include in their online guest registration form. This can be added from a complete list of options and personalised depending on the type of guest (main/additional), age requirements and more. By customising the form, the check-in process will be faster and all data will be relevant to the property.

Before integrating with the new API endpoint, be sure to follow the steps below:
